Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
– Proof of purchase is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
– Items marked as final sale
– Personal or hygiene-related products (e.g. yoga mats, wearable items once opened)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
